Aïcha Doucouré, ACC guides leaders to lead from a place of inner strength and stability when the ground feels shaky. Her coachees quickly learn practical tools from neuroscience, somatic disciplines, psychology and nonviolent communication. Her coaching space is like a lab where, driven by curiosity, coachees can learn to see what’s unseen, self-observe and experiment to be authentic leaders who can build strong relationships.
With more than 18 years of experience in 6-Sigma, IT change management, design management and research across international corporations, agencies, and start-ups, Aïcha believes that being a leader is a daily practice. She uses the Enneagram to highlight deeper unconscious patterns and works with the whole self: mind, emotions and embodied presence.
Aïcha was born and raised in France and has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2002.
