Timeframe

A typical Middle Management Coaching engagement lasts 9 months.

Format

Most sessions are virtual.

  • Comprehensive intake interview

  • Assessments and analysis (we will select 1-3 selected tools)

  • Individual Development Plan with purpose, outcomes, reflections and practices

  • 5-10 coaching sessions lasting 50-60 minutes each aligned with Development Plan

  • Final reflection and completion - including review of goals, achievements and growth during program
