At the heart of Evolve is a multidisciplinary network of leadership coaches, strategists and facilitators who believe leadership is a way of being — not just a role or title.

All of our coaches are certified Integral Coaches®, selected for their developmental rigor, coaching presence, and alignment with our values. With backgrounds spanning architecture, design, urban planning, entrepreneurship and organizational change, they bring lived experience and strategic insight to support lasting transformation.

Many of our team members have worked internationally and across sectors, offering rich cross-cultural understanding and awareness of how identity, systems and leadership intersect in the workplace.
